Claire joined Involve Care Solutions in January 2026 as Head of Residential Childcare Services and brings with her over 22 years of extensive experience across health and social care settings. Throughout her career, Claire has dedicated herself to supporting, safeguarding, and improving outcomes for children, young people, and families within community services, secure environments, and children’s residential homes.
Highly passionate about achieving and sustaining excellence in care, Claire is an accomplished leader with a strong record of successfully managing and leading Ofsted‑regulated children’s homes. Her leadership has driven meaningful service improvements, resulting in Good and Outstanding Ofsted judgements in Management and Leadership. She is deeply committed to ensuring that children receive safe, nurturing, and therapeutic care that is truly person centred and trauma informed.
Claire is recognised for her solution focused, child centred approach and her ability to lead services through continuous improvement. She has considerable expertise in safeguarding, compliance, and safer recruitment and is highly effective in developing, mentoring, and inspiring high quality care teams. In her role as Responsible / nominated Individual, Claire provides robust oversight, governance, and strategic leadership to ensure our ofsted regulated services consistently meet regulatory requirements and best practice standards.
Her professional practice is underpinned by strong qualifications in residential and therapeutic childcare, complex family support, and evidence based interventions. Claire combines operational excellence with compassion, integrity, and a clear focus on positive outcomes for children and young people.
