Introducing
"Care works best when it's built on genuine relationships — people need to feel heard, valued and understood."
Throughout her career Cath has worked with both adults and children with a wide range of needs, including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health conditions and autism. This breadth of experience means she is confident supporting people with complex and varied presentations, and skilled at helping teams adapt their approach to the individual rather than the diagnosis.
Cath holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, and her practice is underpinned by a firm commitment to person centred care. She is known for being caring, compassionate and approachable, qualities that shape both the way she supports children and young people and the way she leads and develops her team. Outside of work, Cath is mum to her young son.
