Fun, Friendship & Positive Experiences

Every child and young person deserves opportunities to have fun, make friendships, build confidence and create positive memories. Our Holiday and Weekend Club provides a safe, inclusive and supportive environment where children and young people can enjoy meaningful experiences whilst developing social skills, independence and self-esteem.

Many of the children and young people who access our services have faced challenges that affect their confidence, relationships or opportunities to take part in activities. For some, large groups, unfamiliar environments or new experiences can feel overwhelming, which is why we take time to understand each child individually and tailor experiences to their needs, interests and abilities.

Children and young people are grouped based on their age, interests, abilities and support needs. This ensures activities are enjoyable, accessible and appropriately matched, allowing everyone to participate in a way that feels safe, comfortable and rewarding. Our experienced staff build positive relationships, provide encouragement and support, and help each child to engage at a pace that works for them.

Support That Builds Confidence

For families, our Holiday and Weekend Club offers reassurance that their child is receiving high-quality support from experienced staff in a positive and nurturing environment. For social workers and commissioners, the service provides valuable opportunities for children and young people to develop social skills, increase community engagement, build resilience and improve confidence outside of educational settings.

Creating Positive Memories

Above all, our Holiday and Weekend Club is about creating positive experiences. We want every child and young person to feel included, valued and successful whilst having fun, developing new skills and building lasting memories with peers and trusted adults. Through meaningful activities and supportive relationships, we help children and young people strengthen their confidence and discover what they can achieve.
